586 North Fletcher…Sold

This was a 4300 sq ft brand new house asking $799,000. sold for close to asking, plus GST!  The market is booming on the Sunshine Coast.  I think this is from the recent drop in house prices, and the low interest rates.  We are having a beautiful summer, and the surroundings are astounding!
